  Was looking for a gas string trimmer. 3 of 6 on display we're broken or used. Decided to just buy bottled water (then go to HD instead). Fifteen (15) people on line, just ONE cashier. Million$ in inventory and advertising, no people.

  Buying is quick, returning another question. Lowe's can use a bigger area and more people helping clients.

  Sales help was scarce. They try to get someone with knowledge but that worker didn't even ask who requested help and helped someone else instead. No help !

  Great customer service! I came in with a project idea and I had a few questions to go about it. I was able to speak to Paul in lighting and he basically did my lighting project for me. Absolutely helpful!

  *NEW LOYAL HOME DEPOT CUSTOMER AFTER GOING TO THIS LOCATION* Completely Incompetent. They delivered me a damaged tv stand. After weeks of bartering back and forth, I finally got them to come pick it up. I was told I would be refunded within the week. 3 weeks went by and I was not refunded. This is when I called customer service. Basically I was bounced around several times between department. This happened to me 4 separate times on the phone. Finally, after the last time, I decided to go through my credit card company instead (Discover has phenomenal customer service btw). My credit card company is currently in the process of disputing the charge and getting me a refund. I told them good luck.
