  Let me share with you the nightmare I lived doing business at this poor excuse of a franchise. We bought a refrigerator here and ever since we got it it's had nothing but issue after issue. It has been a pain getting anyone at Lowe's to help us. Want to know their response? "I'm sorry. I'm so sorry" and yet another mediocre attempt to fix the refrigerator. Simply put, AVOID BUYING ANYTHING HERE. I can guarantee you'll get better customer service at a swap meet than at this poor excuse of a Lowe's. We can't even get a simple refund for a CLEARLY damaged and non functioning refrigerator. Save yourself the pain and go to Costco instead. Lowe's, expect a lawsuit with the help of the Better Business Bureau.

  I love the selection and things are easy to find. It is always easy to find a sales associate that will offer plenty of assistance. I always have a great experience each time I shop.

  I asked for help looking for laundry detergent. There was none on the shelves. Worker Micah went out of his way to get my product in the overstock with a nice happy smile. . . I wish more people had knowledge and were helpful.

  The store is clean and very well organized. It's easy to find an item on their website and go straight to the shelf where it is located. Wish they had a location closer to my house.
