  I've been beyond patient waiting for my propane tank. I ordered my tank online on May 22nd with a delivery date window of June 4th to the 8th. I stopped by on the 4th-no tank. I stopped by on the 8th-no tank. I made multiple phone calls after-no tank. I made multiple visits to the sore after the 8th and still no tank. How? Why? My last visit to the store was on the 15 of June and still no tank. Even if they were short on stock and had to make the tank it shouldn't take a month to make. I was even reffered to 1800 Lowes and I did call but the girl called the store which i've been doing the whole time! Really? Then she said she would call the manufacturer for me and call back and she never did. A week now and still no call from her. Is this how you run a business. I'm only sticking around because the tank is highly rated. It''s beyond a freaking joke now. They don't even know when they get delivery trucks and i've been told this three separate times because I asked three different people at the store. How do you not know when you get delivery trucks. WHERE IS MY TANK?

  They deserve a zero. The worst experience I have had with a big box store in a long time. 2 months have past and I still do not having my vinyl plank flooring installed. Poor follow through at every step of the process. This review is not a reflection on the installers. 3 weeks I had to beg for my quote. Now I am begging to get an install date. Crazy. Yes. Canceling my order. Buyer Beware.

  Purchased a sump pump about a month or so , worked fine , today I went to connect it to sump out basement from heavy rains yesterday and pump did not work , nothing , no noise just did not activate , went to lowes to see what can be done, nothing so said the returns desk people , now in fairness I did pay cash and did not have a receipt , but was not asking for refund , I just wanted a replacement , they said no ,send it to the manfufactuer , but I have to remove the water today not in a month !! Long and short lowes knows it's their product , the correct approach would of been to replace it for me and you lowes could of send it back as a defect , but no... So i just let them keep the junk ,at this point they can have it , went across the street to Home Depot and purchased on of theirs .. So for an honest return and because I did not have a receipt you lowes invested a 100 dollars to lose a customer.

  I gotta say, I love going to Lowe's. I know I am always going to walk out of the store getting exactly what I wanted at a great price. In the great debate between Lowe's and Home Depot I've gotta go with Lowe's. Their stores are consistently cleaner and products more matching my needs.
