  They had carts right outside the front door today! Of course I'm drenched because I ran through the parking lot to find a cart before I headed inside. Because on a clear day there are ZERO carts.

  Worst costomer service just buy a new washing maching they take over 1hr:30mim to take it out they did not bring it to the loding deck they bring it out of store and it was raining they did not pay attention wen i pull up in the middle of the rain becouse they was to busy flirting to each other i was not notifed i have to call customer service to let them know i place the order

  Personal service counter excellent attitude and help. Computer system seemed quite slow, which dragged out the process. I was there to change online order from "pickup" to delivery. Kudos to Elyria.
