::Received the first trans and had installed, boom 2 months and it lost reverse. Contact them and never heard back from them, been 2-3 months of calling and emailing with no results. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY DEALING WITH THESE SCUMBAGS!!!

::I ordered a transmission for my car. Payment processed the day of the order. I was quoted 1-2 business days for shipping. I ordered on a Thursday, so I figured I'd get it by Tuesday at the latest. It's almost a week later, and my order hasn't even shipped. So I emailed customer service, and was basically told to go f myself. I called customer service and asked to speak to the customer service manager, and was put on hold for 30 minutes. When someone finally answered, it wasn't the customer service manager. It was the same person who had put me on hold in the first place. I asked if I could speak to the customer service manager, and he hung up on me. Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs.

::How dissapointing. I tried contacting them by phone and email about an alternator I saw on their website. It's so tempting considering the prices here are way better than anywhere else but with all the bad reviews and no reply on my question of the part I saw, I rather just spend the few extra dollars else where.

::POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY ARE LIARS AND WILL TRY AND NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY. I WAITED 2 WEEKS FOR A FULL REFUND! MY PATIENCE WAS DISTURB AND THEY MUST DONT KNOW WHO I AM AND KNOW YOU CANT PLAY WITH MY MONEY AND I HAVE ALL MY EMAILS TO TAKE THEM JOKERS TO COURT! ONCE I DEMANDED MY REFUND IN MY ACCOUNT BY THE WEEK WAS OUT IT WAS THERE THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY THE TOTAL FULL AMOUNT. IF IT WASNT THEY WOULDVE BEEN OWING ME SO MUCH MORE CAUSE I WAS GOING TO PROCESS LEGAL PAPERS AND TRY TO SHUT THE WHOLE BUSINESS DOWN! THEY SHOULD'NT EVEN BE IN BUSINESS AND DONT DESERVE A NEGATIVE PENNY FROM ME! SO UNACCEPTABLE AS A BUSINESS

::After reading the negative reviews, I was quite hesitant to order my alternator from this company, however, due to limited funds this was my best option and I am very satisfied with my choice. I called and spoke to a gentleman who helped me to find the best alternator for my 2005 Dodge Caravan. We got the information, got the part ordered and the customer service was great! I ordered the part on Wednesday, it was shipped on Friday and I received it on Monday, not bad! I got the part put in and my vehicle started right up with no problems! I am very satisfied with this company and I will definitely be going back for any car parts in the future.
