  Not so friendly. Walked in and was not greeted. Sat down for about six minutes before I just decided to leave. Not gonna knock them but I just rather a salon that greets me, asks me what I want and lets me know the wait time. Just a customer service aspect I would appreciate. Other than that from the looks of the things, its in a great area. The salon looked nice.

  I love this place. It is my go to beautician for over ten years. I have followed her from each salon she has been at. I drive an hour to get my hair done here. She deeply cares about hair and how you feel when you leave. There can be a wait but it’s worth it. She’s amazing.

  My 8 yr old daughter is mixed race black and white..I've taken her there 2x. Not too friendly. Last time we were a walk-in but it was 5:00 and they were closing at 6. I asked if too late for wash and few braids. We were told 'no prob..take a seat'. Which we did. For 50 min!! Without being acknowledged or told to get washed. In the meantime..5 other clients walked in..right to the back and got serviced!! You can't tell me they all had appts... When i asked owner/mgr ..'should we come back tomorrow'? She looked at me and said.. Yes..would you mind it is 5:50 and closing soon?!..!!! I said..NOPE! WE WILL NOT BE BACK!! We did not even get an apology for making us wait...
