  I love me some deli food. And this was by far my best experience ever. Everything was great from the second I walked in the door. I WILL BE BACK!

  Man evry time I come in the staff treats you good. Food arrives on time and the price you can't beat..

  Let me start off with I am NEVER one to complain since I have worked in the restaurant industry & I understand mistakes happen, Its not that big of a deal. I called this morning and placed a pretty big order (for about 8 people in our office) 2 of us paid with our card the rest paid cash all together. When I placed the order I asked her to repeat it which she did, and it was right. When we got the food we realized we were missing a breakfast sandwich & 2 tacos. So I called back to let her know. The person who took my order & answered the phone every time I called admitted to me that she FORGOT to write down the extra taco i added to the order (accidents happen, again no big deal) then tells me that she didn't charge me for the breakfast sandwich. I corrected her because my card was charged over $6. So yes I was charged and she argued that she in fact did not. Either way all I wanted was for them to please bring the correct food. My coworker had to get on the phone and speak to the manager and got everything handled. When the correct order arrived I was told it would be $3.25......................... I AM NOT ONE TO ASK FOR ANYTHING FOR FREE BUT I DEFINITELY THINK WE SHOULD HAVE NOT GOTTEN CHARGED. The one who delivered the food told me that the woman wanted to speak with me because I told her we were not paying, she was very rude & told me "I will give you the sandwich for free but next time you order make sure everything was correct" and has such an ugly tone in her voice. WE WILL NEVVVVVVVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. MISTAKES HAPPEN BUT YOU SHOULD NEVER TELL A CUSTOMER THEY ARE BASICALLY A LIAR. EVER. OVER $3.25
