::Unsympathetic and Terrible Customer Service. "Refrigerator's are our Priority" - they say. I have gone 2 weeks without a refrigerator. We are renters and they were hired through the Home Choice Warranty company. The Realty company and I have stressed to them this is an urgent matter and they claim to understand but did not reflect this is in their customer service. The technician who came to my home had an attitude when he left, but the rudest of all was Doug! From the moment the part was ordered I was advised someone would be scheduled ASAP to fix the fridge and when the part finally came in (3 days later than what they said) the appointment was pushed out to 2 days later. I asked for the following day as I have been unable to buy groceries and I have a toddler. Doug had no empathy what's so ever! His response was "I already made the schedule for tomorrow and called everyone". So I repeated myself, and in the same condescending tone, he said "I can give the technician the part and if they have time, they will come, otherwise it will be on the scheduled day!" I don't think he ever did, because no one could tell me if he actually did when I followed up the next day. I called every day and each person insisted this was a priority to them but it wasn't as promised. This has been a stressful situation for my family and Louie's Appliance hasn't made it any easier. The technician in a threatening tone, had the nerve to tell me to sign a waiver so that they aren't responsible for food spoilage otherwise they take the part back and I'm just out of luck! I said "what does it matter! My family has been without groceries for 2 weeks!" They have terrible customer service and you and your family simply are not a priority. Its unfortunate most of the reviews on YELP have the same thing in common, they were hired through HOME CHOICE WARRANTY. What a shame! Even now writing this, I don't know if my fridge will be working in an additional 2 more days that they said it "Should work".

He was so kind and had a great sense of humor as well. What impressed me the most was how honest he was with me. I got my appliance delivered the next day and within the time frame. I would recommend this place to everyone!

::Great family-owned small business. They always have a big selection, and can repair pretty much any appliance issues. If a fix isn't a feasible possibility, then their inventory should have whatever you're looking for.
