  These people are basically scammers sold me a watch, told me not to worry the tax at custom is covered, customs seized the watch because the tax was not paid for, they state “WATCHES& JEWELRY WORLD WIDE INCLUDES TAX-CUSTOM“, also they valued the watch at $50,000 with VS diamonds total weight of 4ct. The watch has I2 diamonds with total weight of 2.3ct and real value is $13,800, I paid $18,000. I tried to get my money back with zero success, do not trust them do not buy from them such pathetic people thinking they can lie and get away with it obviously people will get items checked once they receive it.

  I too would give 0 stars if that was a choice. My husband bought me a Cartier Tank for my birthday. Did not wear it immediately because it had to be sized. Brought it to a local watch maker and they told me to return this watch to whomever I bought it from. He sold us a watch that had rust, a hair and mis matched screws. What type of jewelry store sends out that type of merchandise???? I called Lou personally and was appalled by the lack customer service he exhibited. He implied that some how I got water in the watch, that I never wore!!!! We asked for our money back and he made up some excuse that Pay Pal won't allow him to, which is ludicrous! Oh and did I mention the watch never worked. He has the watch AND our money and posted the watch back on EBay for sell! Lou, please do the right thing and give us our money back. I would never feel comfortable buying any watch from your store based on how I was treated and the merchandise you allow to leave your company.

  Just wanted to send a big thank you to Angelo from Loucri Jewelers. Great service and awesome deals! Bought a diamond encrusted Breitling for myself and a diamond Rolex for the wife. Amazing deal on the price and they shipped it to me in canada. All done over the phone! So happy I found him online. I will definitely recommend and continue to buy from them again!

  If I could give 6 stars I would! These guys do business the RIGHT way. I purchased a 18k Gold Rolex mens Day Date from Loucri Jewelers a few days ago. They shipped it right away and it is even more beautiful than the pictures. The diamonds are amazing quality and the watch looks brand new. I have bought and sold many Rolex watches in my life and this was the best transaction to date. If you are in the market for any jewelry, call LOUCRI! Wearing my Presidential right now.
