::Long wait however that's kind of expected with a larger group. Pizza was delicious as always. Calamari was good. Took some people here to experience deep dish pizza for the first time. Great place to have them try. Thin crust was also great

::A classic with typically good service. I've tried a few things here and they have been good. The pizza is very well known and must be tried, but I also enjoy some of the other items on the menu (meatball sub!). Service has typically been good the few times I've been here. My only complaint is that the space is quite small causing some uncomfortably close situations with ither customers. Be prepared for a significant wait during peak weekend dinner hours.

::First time here. We liked our pizza. I believe we had the classic one with the buttery crust. Be patient. It takes about 20 to 30 minutes. It's worth the wait. The waitress was nice. If I were to get this same pie again, I would just ask for the regular amount of cheese and not get the extra it comes with.

::Possibly the best authentic deep dish I've had in Chicago. The wait was definitely worth it, from the time we put our names on the list to waiting for the pizza to bake even. In regards to the wait, they use a system that can text you when your table is ready. But beware: not being around when it is ready will forfeit your spot after about five minutes or so. Our table was ready 20 minutes earlier than estimated. On a busy day, you can feel the energy and the popularity of Lou's. Server was nice and we ordered a salad, which was very fresh and actually a great appetizer to have before the behemoth. The deep dish pie was heavy, but each bite was even better than the last. Definitely enjoyed our visit!

::Great butter crust deep dish pizza. It was my first true Chicago deep dish and I was not disappointed! Our waitress was very friendly and entertaining. Very busy but we arrived around 6pm and the wait was only 20-25 minutes. At least it was warm inside and you can do "pre-order" from your phone to order your food while you wait. I went with 2 other ladies and we ordered a family salad with the red wine vinaigrette (very nice) and a medium "The Lou's" deep dish pizza and we took home half the pie.
