  I spent some time in Jacksonville for school and this studio felt like a home away from home. They welcomed me with open arms and offered a beautiful space to explore my yoga practice. This is a truly special place. Bonnie and Rhonda are amazing!

  I visited Jacksonville for work, and took a lovely class with Bonnie. She's really a fantastic, calm, clearly educated and grounded teacher - with wonderful instruction for all levels (beginner to advanced). The class I was in - warrior flow- had a variety of levels and ages, which I think is a sign of a good studio. This is not a corporate vibe if you want that; the students here know each other! While clearly dedicated, the students and teachers are really friendly to newcomers to the studio. The space itself is inviting and warm, with beautiful hardwood floors, a small retail selection, and a vibe that lets you know you will be taking a class with someone who knows their stuff and other, friendly, open and kind students. I'd encourage anyone to take a class here- from an advanced ashtangi and flyer, to someone new to yoga!

  I truly enjoyed my new yoga experiences here. Bonnie is incredible and Rhoda made me feel absolutely dreamy. I am very happy to call this my neighborhood yoga studio.
