  Not a good place. ...Their items are rotten and not fresh. It's really a bad place for Indian grocery. Termaric on bell road is much better than lotus

  Its a nice place to shop for Indian grocery. It has variety of items, we usually get items which are not available in other indian stores like amul butter, snacks and some frozen items. It also has fresh vegetables and ice creams. overall its nice place and variety of items

  Nice place to get desi groceries and vegetables. Plus: they have lots of fresh vegetable varieties, desi items for cooking, pooja items, games like carrom boards etc.. Minus: price for the items sold seems to be higher compared to other indian/asian groceries, unexciting reward point system.

  Friendly staff and they had what I needed. Decent sized market. Great selection of Indian products

  Very good customer service. Usually Indian grocery stores customer service is not good. For that I give them a high five. If you are looking for spices this should be your one stop shop. Vegetables are pretty fresh.
