  If I could give this building zero stars I would. It’s so bad, in the winter the heat is rarely on, the water is never hot, the elevator never works, people that are strung out on drugs are always in the staircase, the windows aren’t strong enough to withstand strong winds, the super always does a half-ass jobs and ends up getting damaged again(excuse my language), the building is filthy, not cleaned regularly, there is no order with this building. I called many times to the people that own the building and made several complaints but nothing has been done. Mind you, I’ve been living here, 24 years and it’s always been bad If not it gets worse over the years.

  This building is Garbage. Maintenance uses other apt parts to fix other apt. Louie the super needs to be fired.
