::Not a place to shop for shoes on a holiday weekend. I made the mistake of buying shoes pre-sale, went into store to pick up today, mistake number two. There were only two registers open for checkout, one register froze, the other register was tied up. The line to checkout grew as I stood there waiting 15 minutes to get shoes I had already paid for three days before prior. Finally register opened up, alas now there was no associate to be found to ring up sales or assist. A customer who was not in line was checked out by a sales associate because she was her customer. Really disappointed in service received today, no excuses for the way management handled shoe department, time to reassess the way business is conducted.

::Nice big store that has a wide variety of everything. Great location with a nice variety of stores in the same shopping center and other stores nearby. Plenty of free parking. Sales associates are knowledgeable and friendly. And some grew at buys when they have sales and coupons with your Lord & Taylor account.

::The customer service there is HORRIBLE !!!!!!!!! I will never shop there again ! I went there on 11/14/17 to purchase a dress. When o went to checkouty mother asked the cashier about the company’s defect policy, she ignored her completely and begins to ring up the dress. She scans a coupon and takes off the sensor, I thought the dress said another price so I asked her about the price and she told me. I asked her about possibly placing it in layaway due to the fact that I couldn’t access my phone at the moment to transfer money. Her response was 2 Days ! I’m like, 2 days for layaway, she says you can place it on hold for two days . I said that’s not what I asked . So as I’m speaking to my mother she starts canceling the transaction and putting the dress away. I tell her I’ll place it on hold. She takes my info and walks away, when she returned I asked her do we get a receipt or anything she says no you just come back and so we walk away she says 2 days ! Not a goodnight thank you coming Nothing. We informed asked another worker to get an Manager and while the manager is speaking with us she runs to tell the cashier we’re making an complaint. It’s now 11/16/17 and I could not make it to the store, I called to extend my hold for the next day and after waiting on hold for 15 minutes someone picks up the phone and was extremely rude to me. NEVER AGAIN !
