  Can be overwhelming on the weekend. Staff was semi engaged but not completely helpful; I had to find what I needed myself and they became interested once I was ready to purchase. On a separate visit they were rude and dissmive in the women's dress dept. My feeling was she felt I couldn't afford the evening dresses so I took my business to Bloomingdales.

  Great dress selection but man are they understaffed. The place was a zoo during a weekday in the early afternoon. Neiman Marcus had some of the same dresses and they’re multiple people ready to help, but they’re dress selection is definitely lacking. If it wasn’t for Stephanie (the lovely salesgirl that helped me) I’d give them 3 stars. Because of her I had someone to zip my dress for me, she then even went to the storage to find me a bigger size which wasn’t on the floor. She was getting pulled in every direction but still managed to be so polite, professional and help me find a great dress. This store is not easy to work in... I’ve worked in retail many times. This young lady is what every store needs. Patients, companion and great sales skills. Thx so much for your help Stephanie. I’ll be coming back and asking for you :)

  Dress shopping with my wife. Not my favorite thing to do but this store has a lot of dresses in a lot of different sizes in various styles. Extremely personable and pleasant sales associates. I'm impressed.

  A top anchor store for the mall. High quality merchandise for the affluent taste. Lots of selection of nicely displayed designer brand clothing, jewelry, cosmetics and footwear. Good service. Two levels located in the NW corner of the mall.
