  Terrible experience!! I went the Friday before mothers day and there was ONE person responsible for all 3 jewelry/watch counters (which are separate islands). Poor woman simply couldnt help that many people at the same time. I waited ten minutes to try on one watch and gave up after I couldn't get her attention again to see another watch. I ended up leaving with nothing.

  It’s a clean store however the sales associates seem to have prejudice over Asian people. I’m never able to enjoy the store’s sale event until I ask for a manager. It’s annoying and unacceptable.

  One person -I'm guessing- in charge practically kicked my mother, my mother-in-law and I on December 31st 2017. WE were in the fitting rooms when she came and said to us "you need to leave". We didn't realized it was 7:00 pm until then, (time the store was closing) she also said it to other girls that were there too. We had 3 blouses we wanted to buy and I asked her where could I pay for the clothes and she said "NO, we are closed, YOU NEED TO GO" while a girl that also works there was counting the money in the cash register. We totally understood because it was 7:00 pm but what I didn't (and still don't) understand was her extremely rudeness. She kept saying "GO, JUST GO" with a raised voice. I told her that she didn't need to be so rude, that we were on our way out. But she replied once more with a "Just go". I left the store really disappointed by this nasty woman.
