  Went there to buy perfumes and other thing. They have nice collection of ladies perfumes and gifts. I bought some perfumes and the sales lady very nice and ask us if we donate $5.00 for some cancer trust, we will get 15% discount , and we did and save lot of money. I also bought men"s belt and other accessories with very reasonable price and also got the extra discount. Very nice and clean store and staff is very helpful. It is located in side the Walt Whitman mall with big parking lot.

  Christine, manager at the Lord and Taylor in the Walt Whitman mall on Sunday Nov. 19th 2017, was less than courteous to me when trying to apply a coupon to an item and it was expired and the sales person who was very nice Helene suggested we ask the manager about it. Christine advised me that the coupon could be used for any item outside of the Coach bag i wanted to buy and when i wanted to use it for men's fragrance she was less than accommodating and rude to me. As a black card member and frequent Lord and Taylor shopper I was very disappointed and will consider being a loyal customer to Bloomingdales instead. With all the retail options available you would think they would treat repeat customers better but it seems the Lord and Taylor I remember that value customers is gone.

  Wonderful associates at Huntington L&T. I always have a great experience with full timers in Kids dept, lingerie, and men's. Roz in men's is a wonderful asset to the store and I am delighted that your General Manager, Rich Wilson is back. He is, without a doubt, an outstanding, congenial and most helpful manager you ever had. Thank you to everyone at L&T in Huntington!!!!!!

  My experience was a positive one when I was taken care of by the right salesperson. The first salesperson I experienced did not help me (Rosa) and sent me off in the wrong direction to the wrong department. Lucky for me a different salesperson read my receipt and sent me to the correct department. Unfortunately, I do not know the name of the helpful already but she had red hair.
