  Awesome tour. Smaller group with lots of information and luaghs. There's a reason for all the good reviews.

  Lord Chaz is one of the best story tellers and tour guides out there. He plays the role (is it really a role though...) and gives the people what they want. Get ready for a night of fun, mystery, and interesting stories.

  I try and hit a ghost tour every time I am in a historical city. Lord Chaz is my favorite tour guide so far. The man doesn't blink, can stop his pulse, and I won't give the spoiler alirt away at the end of the tour. Is he a vampire u will have to decide :)
