  Dr. Loo was very patient with me. He explained everything clearly, even his staff was very clear about what the charges were and explained what financial arrangements I could make. To top it off the procedure was painless and I had no discomfort after either. I highly recommend him to anyone that needs to have a root canal.

  My dentist told me I had to see Dr. Loo for a root canal because he is the only one who would be able to save my tooth. Besides being scared to death as I never had a root canal before, the thought of losing my tooth was even scarier. So I made an appointment. The moment I arrived at the office, I was treated with warmth and waited in the most beautiful waiting room I had ever been in. It felt like someone’s living room. Upon meeting Dr. Loo, I knew I was in good hands. He explained everything he was going to do and while he was doing the procedure, every step was clearly explained to me. I never felt so much confidence and calm in a dental chair before. It was practically painless from beginning to end. The work he did was intense. I could see his concentration for the entire hour plus. He was amazing. Should I ever need another root canal, I will not go anywhere else.

  I had the opportunity to see doctor Chales Loo for a root canal and it was such a great experience. Dr Loo is very caring and very profesional. I recommend to everyone to come to see him. Thank you Dr Loo.

  This was my very first root canal. Over the years I heard of root canal being very painful. My dentist referred me. Upon entering I was greeted by a staff full of smiles and so pleasant. Dr spoke to me as a person. He was silently working. I had no pain. I was there about an hour and a half. His assistant made the process flow. I am an RN- I also saw a very clean and orderly office. I thank you, Dr Loo!!!

  I found Dr. Loo out of pure luck. My regular dentist wanted to remove my tooth but obviously its better to keep your teeth as long as possible. Dr. Loo went above and beyond to do a root canal. He is kind, patient, gentle and explained the process every step of the way. The staff was also very friendly. I can't say enough good things, planning on sending any and all friends and family to him.
