::I'm really not sure of how to review this restaurant. I was very happy with the Prime Rib I ordered, the service was great and the restaurant itself was clean. At the end of the meal I went to the bathroom. I should have just walked out. I couldn't becuse the floor was all sticky and filthy. I had to put paper towels on the floor to stand on so I can wash the bottom of my shoes. I understand that it's the customers that leave the bathroom like this but it is Longhorns responsibility to clean it. It just ruined the evening for me. Not sure if I will go back.

::Horrible experience. I arrived, I was told that there would be a 15 minute wait. 15 minutes turned into 35. I ordered a water, I never received a straw. I had to bother another waiter for it. I ordered an appetizer, that came out quick. I didn't receive any utensils. I had to ask another waiter for that as well. My waiter was missing. When I did see her she was by the bar area laughing with other co workers. To top it off my food took almost two hours to come out. When it came out the waiter got my order wrong. I ordered fries for my toddler, that never came. I asked for the check. That took about 20 minutes. Had to bother another waiter for that too. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I wouldn't recommend this place. I wasn't the only one who experienced it. Almost everyone who was there last night had the same experience. No one was served dinner just appetizers. & BREAD!

::Great food, with large portions. There tends to be a wait, but they have a large, clean well maintained and staffed bar. The restaurant, tables, bar & bathroom are all very clean. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.

::Im giving this place 5 stars not only for their delicious food but for their kind and compassionate hearts. My dog is dyeing so before I put her to sleep I came to get her a big juicy delicious steak. As I waited the server caught whim of my purpose and told the restaurant manager. Without a thought they graciously offered to pay for her meal. I felt its appropriate to express my gratitude by letting everyone know their act of kindness. #actofkindnesspassiton
