::We like this chain of restaurants due to their steaks and combos, that is why we travel to so many of it's locations, yet, yesterday I have experienced the worst treatment purely because of their policy: move older people in favour of a young family with an unruly child or even better, DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. The staff was only looking as the family of 3 arrived near us (while we were having our meal in a restaurant probably only 20% full mid week just before lunch time) and the young child kept kicking the bench, which in turn vibrated the bench I was seating, in our separee, while playing with a ball and running around when the ball would fall around in the restaurant. Is this a restaurant or a playing ground? Sick with several medical problems I had the whole meal disturbed hoping this family would tell the child to stop or the waiter or manager would do something. I could take only a few bites of my steak and made signs to the waiter to bring a takeaway box from the distance, as he was busy with 'very important stuff' all of a sudden then I decided to ask the family to do something about the child, hoping will stop with all the kicking. As I was returning from the toilet, walking very slowly with dizziness, I noticed this very short, fat man following me equally slowly and as my husband went to the toilet himself, the short man came from the cubicle next to us to shout at me in poor English: 'if you are not happy with my child, go away'. I could not believe what I was hearing: 1. We were there way before they arrived 2. We did not disturb anybody while everybody was looking at them, thankful probably they were not near them 3. To abuse me because I was alone now and treat me with such disrespect because I am a woman? Would he do the same to an older, sick woman from his community for example? The waiter still avoided our area, so I had to ask him from the distance to call the manager (arrived after 10min of further wait as we were about to leave), who turned out to be the same young guy who seated us at that table. Clearly: a. the manager does not know what he is doing, despite being apologetic while explaining him our experience - he could have easily sat the problematic family in a corner of the restaurant where they could have played around with the ball and kick the chairs as much as they could b. the restaurant was still massively empty, proof the staff had the time to notice the problematic family yet chose to do nothing c. the manager further said they normally move people if there is a problematic family even if they are well into their meal - why not move the problematic abusive family or simply ANTICIPATE the issues a child might create. Why chose to move decent people somewhere else? d. I doubt they had a strong conversation with them as I asked the manager to do upon us leaving - expect this problematic family to abuse you, especially if you are a woman, in any other restaurant in the area. Is not like these guys start educating their child and change over night respecting other older human beings who might have lots of medical problems yet might contribute to the society more than them!!! Shame on the manager/waiter for not taking action. And yes, the waiter still received the undeserved tip.

::The service made up for the lacking food quality. Slightly over seasoned steak and greasy fried shrimp appetizer. Not the best but not too bad. Cheese stuffed mushrooms were pretty good, but just cheese and mushrooms. I would give them another try.

::This was probably some of the best food I have had at a restaurant since after covid. It came out hot and perfect. The service was not bad but could have been better. Overall I had a great time and I would recommend!!

::We abandon Texas Road House and gave Longhorn a try. We were NOT disappointed. We enjoyed great service with a very attentive server on both of our visits. The meal was well enjoyed and cooked perfectly. I love the house margarita that comes with the shaker for refilling your own glass, genius! Since our first visit we have been back again and ordered different meals with the same great experience. We will continue to make the drive to LongHorn, we think it's that great.

::First time at this location and it exceeded our expectations! Food was hot, fresh, and tasty! Large portions and very affordable lunch prices. Always enjoy the French Onion Soup & Pepper Steak Salad...yum! Our server was Amiya and she was nice & very attentive! This is not the norm anymore and refreshing to experience! This is one of the few places we've dined where I didn't need to use COVID as an excuse/rational for long waits, bad service, lower quality food, reduced portions, etc. Kudos to this location! We will definitely be back!
