  We called many companies for roof estimates. Only 3 responded with a confirmation of a scheduled appointment for an estimate. The Long rep arrived as scheduled, made a concise presentation and answered all of our questions. Very responsive.

  Nice looking roof but pricey. New roof under 1 yr old. Lost 2 shingles due to heavy winds in March-April. Repair person was a "no show" for a Saturday appointment between 8a-5p. No one called to say they were not coming or to follow up to reschedule. Had to call company Monday morning and was rescheduled for another Saturday (8a-5p). A 9 hr time frame is excessive and unprofessional. Company doesn't have own workers but contracts out their roofing jobs. Really want to give a 3.5 rating.

  Long's Long's representatives were great and their installers excellent. They put the roof on in a day and their clean-up was better than expected. We did find some nails in the yard afterward, but they immediately sent someone out to correct that. I had five estimates, and while they were on of the highest, I went with them because of their longevity in the industry and their good reputation. Nor sooner did we put the roof on, we decided to move to Michigan. However, I left all the guarantees with the new owner and I have no doubt they will receive the same type of service we did.

  The quality of my Long Windows is superior. It’s amazing how much the outside noise has been reduced by these windows. I also love the way the windows can tilt to access the exterior for easy cleaning. The installation process was so simple – they finished in a day! Now, I’m in the process of designing a new front door and I have really enjoyed the participation and interaction by my Long representative. During the initial meeting, he took a picture of the front of my home using some type of app and we were able to swap out different color and design options to visualize what would look best. I loved that feature! The experience and quality that I can expect from Long is what keeps me coming back for their other products.

  We had a very positive experience. Danny and his associate were informative without being pushy. We were able to work up a plan that would work for us. The installation of the roof was completed in less than 8 hours and they cleaned all their trash before they left. My husband was amazed at how efficiently the roof replacement was completed. We would recommend Long Roofing to our friends and family.
