  If you have the choice do not use this company, my wife had an emergency C-section and LIA happened to have a doctor there on call, without finding out any health insurance information they did the procedure only to find out that they do not take her insurance, we were not given any other choice of service provider and they did not discuss the monetary details with us, they charged us 4600.00 for half hour procedure its just the anesthesiologist everything else was paid for.....fast forward to present day and we receive a bill for the full amount or they are going to garnish her wages......that would be like a mechanic working on your car not telling you how much its going to be and then billing you when the job is done........LIA is a SCUMBAG COMPANY.......
