  I've been to many bike shops and out of all of them this one is the worst. The man in charged is an A hole and he has a really nasty attitude. He sells overpriced parts, service and bikes, it's ridiculous and I don't recommend coming here. Go to another bike shop and stay away from this filth.

  Terrible service. Walked in stood at counter for 2 or 3 minutes and shop assist was too busy doing bookwork to even acknowledge me. Walked out never to return.

  They advertise that they are open from 10 to 6 min- Fri. But that appears to be only if they feel like it. Came here once at 5 pm and found them closed, now I stand outside waiting at 10:10 am and not a soul in sight. Good bye I'll get it at Wal-Mart'

  I don't know what Jack has against Carlos.... This bike shop is down to earth and Carlos gave me exceptional advice, service and follow through! I got new tires and a"tunes up" Chain cables etc. and Carlos replaced my brake cables free of charge, I felt that he took great care of my bike, it had been out in the weather far too long and really needed some TLC, and it runs like a champ! This is one of the great things about living in a City like Long Beach! We get great old school places like this!!
