  To begin, Lisa Gleason is a very knowledgeable in-depth teacher, her understanding of the body and how it applies to the London Barre workout is excellent. As a Yoga Instructor/Trainer, and tennis player my body is pulled in many directions. I find this workout to correct my imbalances and give me added strength and speed while on the court. If you're looking for something that is challenging, fun and result oriented - this is it. You will be amazed by how you feel and look in a very short time.

  London Barre is a gem in the super cute town of Roslyn, New York. If you are in the vicinity, sign up and take classes immediately! Lisa is encouraging, motivating, and personalizes each class for her students, using specific and helpful cues to make sure you're getting a safe and effective workout.

  Love love love this class! The exercises will lean, strengthen and reshape your body. Instructor is energetic and knowledgeable and will correct your body position so you get the most out of the movement. The space is beautiful and the music fun. It is a challenging but fun class that you will get the rewards from. You won't be disappointed!

  London Barre is an amazing total body workout, from the time you warm up to the time you cool down. Lisa motivates and creates a fun and supportive atmosphere in her studio. You work incredibly hard, but have a super fun time. The music is always great and the studio is beautiful. I cannot say enough good things about Lisa and her classes. I highly recommend London Barre-you will love it!!

  I FINALLY found what I have been searching for: London Barre - I discovered this amazing studio which incorporates dance, barre, toning and lengthening with great music! I love the technique and the uniqueness of the various exercises - it's all new and fun moves, unlike some of the other cookie cutter barre classes on Long Island. The atmosphere is totally chic and I feel like I'm in a real dance studio - not a gym like environment. Lisa, the founder/instructor has great energy and provides a non-intimidating studio for everyone to learn, get a great workout and have a blast! If you need something new and different to spice up your routine - you need to try London Barre. I'm thrilled that I found this gem and feel amazing after the intense workout. This is the most FUN I've had working out in years : )
