  Decent product, unfortunately horrible service, if you are in US and are looking to get the lights from them, watch out they don’t come with manual, nor do they send you all the necessary hardware for proper installation. We bought the most expensive piece from their Las Vegas store, the package arrived with out mounting brackets, when I tried to contact the store, the employee was nice, but unable to answer my questions. She give me the owners number after going back and forth with him, he got frustrated and started to curse me out and make treating statements, saying, “I know who you are and where you live”. I was shocked to hear this from a business owner. Stay from these people and if you absolutely have to buy from them, use a credit card for your own protection and make sure you get all the necessary hardware to be able to mount these lights.

  This place is so worth checking out at the shops in front of Bally's. We only found it because we were staying at Bally's. We had a great experience with Mert at Lolo gifts and love our lamps that we bought. Mert was super accommodating when we were having trouble deciding which of the beautiful fixtures we wanted to purchase. I think we tried every shade on every lamp and Mert stayed excited and helpful throughout the entire experience. The lamps are so beautiful we can't wait to buy more!

  Shopping here was absolutely my favorite shopping experience anywhere! Ali and Lily are the most gracious people (I looooove Turkish folks!) and beyond kind and informative. The first time I was in I bought some jewelry and then when I went back months later and Ali learned I had previously been in he generously offered me a discount on another item. We ended up getting one of the glorious lamps and some more jewelry. Really unique, beautiful jewelry and lamps and many other cool pieces. A must visit when in Vegas! I wish it were more visible from the street so more people knew about it.

  Love this store!!!! We got 3 lamps here- 2 small one and one medium. Free shipping- so we didn't had to carry it on the flight to LA! Lamps arrived very well packed. They are still super pretty and I am glad I bought those here. Best about this store is the service u get:). The owner is more than nice and helpfull.....5+++++* experience🌻🌻🌻👌👌👌👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿!!!!
