  Customer service terrible! The bartender was so not with it! My salad was brought out with my main course, an the steak I ordered was rare instead of medium. It took me 20 minutes to even pay my tab. Mind you, I was sitting at the bar on a Sunday evening with only a handful of patrons. Terrible, terrible, terrible service!

  Just walked about because we stood at the door for 10 minutes while the girl st the door talked to someone and didn't acknowledge us at all. Then we interrupted her so she could write our name down. We got dirty looks from a server because we were leaning on the "to go desk" and asked us if we needed something....as to say "don't touch the desk". Tables empty everywhere and we are just standing there. We went across the street to Applebees. Someone opened the door for us, greeted us and gave us a table immediately, everyone smiled at us and our server brought us our drinks and took our order in 5 min. We have eaten at different Logan's and we will never return to this one!!!!

  I walked in I wanted appetizer and entree. Unfortunately there was no place to sit not because the bar was packed with people butts because there were dirty dishes everywhere I sat down at an open seat waited a few minutes bartenders are on their cell phones. I cleaned the table in front of me I moved the dirty dishes out of the way when I asked her to wipe down the table she threw me a towel and said you can wipe it down yourself what the f***. There were two guests sitting next to me as I walked in. They were leaving g FYIot up and left paid their bill their dirty dishes sat there for a half an hour I spoke with the manager he apologized he said that's not how we do things here obviously you don't know what you're doing either my friend very gross very disgusting very rude.

  We love Logan's! The food is always on point. The bartenders at this location make amazing Long Islands and Margaritas, they are also very personable. So why just 4 stars? Often the server quality and attentiveness is hit or miss. We either get 6-star service or 2-star. Going at various times has proven it isn't due to volume. Nonetheless, one of the best steak and overall lunch, dinner locations in the area.

  My wife and I usually don't eat at Logan's but we got a coupon in the mail so we went out on a Tuesday night. We were seated right away. I wanted whatever their most ridiculous cheeseburger would be, and the "bacon and cheese" burger didn't let me down. The cheese on it is fried, like a mozzarella stick. Tremendous. And the fries were awesome. My wife said her steak tasted a little odd but I think it was just the marinade. I don't know if they freeze their steaks in shipping or what. We ended up having to get dessert to hit the minimum for the coupon so we got carrot cake and it was pretty great. Our waitress was nice but not that attentive and she loved shuffling her feet through all the errant peanut shells scattered on the floor. It's all part of the charm when you're dining at the Roadhouse.
