::Location makes my world happier here. Never have to drive my care to get to work or to just enjoy life. Move was smooth and the movers were awesome which came recommend by the lofts. Loft was clean when moved in. Front staff very helpful and always nice. Moneicia made the move stress free.

::Honestly the best place to live in houston! The leasing agents upfront are always super helpful and really nice to me and my wife, I couldn't ask for better service from them either, on any service calls weather it's a bulb that needs replaced or a leaky pipe, it's always done quickly and efficiently, I would highlly recommend this place to my single friends and friends with a growing family, as we are now a growing family of 5 and we plan on just upgrading to a bigger loft in the same building just because the service here is great! All the negative reviews I've read on here seem extremely biased to a particular issue, that i feel if brought to the attention to the girls upfront it would be taken care of promptly. Love it here!

::*UPDATE - 12/19/2017 * *********** To the response from owner. I am not sure how they feel my concerns were addressed. Furthermore, these reviews are to give the consumer an idea of others experiences to help them make a decision, and I would not change my review just because you feel you somehow addressed which issue I'm not sure. When my apt was robbed, the post I made on the community portal, asking if anyone else saw anything or had the same thing happen, was blocked by the office immediately. I was told "we must be notified first of these things before we can allow them on the community portal", yet even after you being notified, the post was still not unblocked. It didn't seem any one was worried about anything other than the other residents hearing about there being a break in. The manager did call me 4 days later to ask if everyone was ok, which by time made no since, she could have called when it was reported or my post was blocked for "lack of notification". Worse off they would not send me the tape or email it to the officer. Instead telling me I would have to have the police come down to the complex if they wanted to view the camera footage. None off this was helpful. Since that day, I still never see any security in the building, and people still sneak in behind cars when you come through the gate. As far as calling you, you have my number if you have a question. And to add to my list of concerns would be the mail. The office has now lost several of my packages, and seem to feel no responsibility. I was told they can't be responsible for all the packages they receive as it is too much. , "you can file an insurance claim with the post office". My option was to figure out what they lost by retracing everything I have not received, and bring them back all the tracking numbers, then file an insurance claim on packages they signed for and lost? ----------- Safety: I WAS ROBBED on 11/2/2017 at 2AM. Someone came into my apartment while I was asleep and stole my money, laptop, and work bag, while I was in my bed a few feet away. My partner woke up to see a man standing in front of our bed, while we were asleep. When he yelled someone is in the house, I jumped up but the thief ran off before I could get to him. This man made it on this property I believe this manly due to the lack of security 99% of the time. I tried to post to the community portal asking if anyone else had been broken into so I could inform the police, and the management team blocked my post from being displayed. They obviously don't like people finding out they have these kinds of problems, and don't seem to employ the type of security necessary to keep your home from being invaded. This made me realize this probably happens a lot and you don't hear about it as the Management team covers it happened. Parking: They claim there is security that watches the cars coming in, and every day I come home several people will jump through the gate behind cars to get free parking for the game. I never see any security ask any questions or make any attempts to stop them. Property: It has now been 3 Months since Harvey, and the downstairs is still a total mess. Since the day I moved in I still wee fecal matter on the ground where people don't seem to care about cleaning up after there animals in the hallways and garage. They charge a crazy high amount for rent but do not seem to use the money properly to upkeep and get things done in a timely manner. As far as the reviews on here go, I would not buy into half of them as the give Gift Cards for positive reviews, taking away from getting honest reviews of the lofts.

::I love it here! Only 4.5 stars because of the many parking issues and too many Dog owners (I’m not much of a dog person). Other than that, you can't really beat the location. Furthermore, staff are friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend to a friend!
