  First of all wrong times in google maps.. it closes at 6 pm but listed as 7 in google maps. Second , I ordered something online and they have sent me an empty package.. I called them and they are courteous enough to send a wrong one.. so I finally decided to go to a store to exchange and they google maps shows it's open till 7 pm but it's actually closed at 6 pm.. I gave 2 only because they considered my request but it's I have spend 2 gallons of gas just to exchange which didn't happen..

  I love the Loft in Brea! The employees are so friendly & the prices are reasonable, although I always wait for sales!

  I walk by this store often when in Brea and always drop in, but somethings never change the customer service is terrible!!! They never greet me or ask
