::My wife and I stayed at Loews, for a trip that was a combination of both business and pleasure. From start to finish the hotel staff have been very pleasant and have done everything possible to ensure that our stay is the best that it can be. Any requests have been attended to without delay and always with a smile. We would most certainly stay again.

::Seems like a very nice hotel yet this place will nickle and dime you to death. With no prior notice, upon arrival I had to provide an additional $100 deposit, charged to my credit card which I was told would take "5-10 business days" after my departure to refund. Parking garage was $30/night. The only refrigerator in the room was a stocked and locked mini bar with a note that threatened a $7.50 per night charge if any personal items were kept inside. My wife and I did sleep very well on the firm comfortable mattress. The tub was a larger soaking tub that my wife also enjoyed. Overall I was disappointed and despite our future plans to visit the Vanderbilt area several more times in the future, I will avoid staying here again.

::My company recently held our national convention at The Loews Vanderbilt Hotel in Nashville, TN. Without a doubt this was the best event experience we have ever had. With about 600 of our affiliates in attendance we did not receive one complaint. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The level of customer service was exceptional. The property was beautiful, clean and classy. I would recommend this property to anyone headed to Nashville.

::Standard but nice conference rooms and food layout was good. This hotel is nice - not right in downtown, but only a 20 minute walk from the action. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. The hotel itself is modern yet comfortable. Lots of little areas to sit in the lobby. Large parking garage (first 30 minutes free).

::This was a very pleasant place to stay and attend a conference. Staff were always pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and well appointed. Reasonable exercise room (although crowded the morning of the conference--this usually happens wherever the conference is). Food easily available both within the hotel and nearby from various college haunts, including a quite good sushi place. Recommended.
