This place was awesome. We've stayed at some nice hotels but this one was great. The quality you get for the price is unbeatable. We stayed here for our anniversary and we will be coming back next year for sure.

Room was nice. Was upgraded to the higher floor. Food here was pretty good. Too bad it waa wasted. Conference only allowed for short breaks. Lunch today at the Cosmos. Salad with chicken, salmon, and beef. Bowl of chicken soup, brownie, and chamomile tea. Brownie was really good.

A very nice place. I only stayed one night, and it was very nice. I can only compare it to what I know, which is a high end Marriott. It was as nice as a high end Marriott. Clean and modern rooms. Beautiful bathrooms. TV in bathroom. Starbucks available in lobby area. Restaurant on 4th floor. My only concern is location. I needed to walk about 6 blocks to a Target store and was harassed by homeless asking for money and urine smelling street corners. If you go here... stay in hotel, or travel in packs. Unaccompanied females be aware. Not a great place to be.

Attended a charity runway show for the American Heart association. It was the red dress collection. The show was in one of the conference center spaces. Nice space, carpet could use a refresh. Lighting was cool. Bathrooms were nice. Overall pretty good facility.

My husband and I stayed there during Super Bowl week because my husband's employer held their annual meeting there for 3 days. Upon check out, we retrieved our vehicle from valet parking. The driveway area was super busy with people coming in. Our vehicle was pulled into the middle lane and cars were behind us waiting and coming and going on both sides of us. We hurried, got in our vehicle and left. There was no safe place to inspect the vehicle because of all the traffic, nor were we ever instructed to. We got to our next destination (an hour later) and I noticed right away (because I was not rushed) that there was a dent in my door. I called the hotel right away and left a message for the front end manager, M.D.. He did not call me back, rather his assistant manager did, D.B. and I explained everything to him. He asked me to send a pic and I did to his email. Never heard back from him. I left numerous messages for M.D. and never heard back from him. I finally called and said I was going to get a hold of the general manager and then miraculously he (M.D.)was able to come to the phone right away and tend to me. He told me they would take care of us because they take this very serious (apparently not serious enough to call me back or take care of us). However now, they are changing their tune and denying any liability because I didn't report it right on the spot. My vehicle was dirty from the snow and salt, so I didn't see it right away. When I sent the assistant manager a pic, I even had to wipe the salt off to get a good pic. M.D., the front desk manager is trying to tell me that he pulled footage and no dent. I asked how he could possibly see there was no dent with it being dirty and the dent being quarter sized. I asked for the footage and he refused to send it to me. I told him my husband was going to let his employer, whom spent thousands of dollars on their event there, know what happened and that he probably would not get repeat business. He said that was fine and acted like no big deal. I even told him I was calling corporate and he said that was fine. Apparently this place gets enough business, they can handle losing some. Terrible customer service.
