  I imagine that they are better suited for dealing with workers who are in the business. Not so much oriented towards helping the DIY crowd.

  I understand why the other reviewer gave you one star. You’re lucky you have some plumbing businesses that rely on your store because if you had to stay open with your customer service skills, you’d be out of business. Our first and only experience with this location was one of the most memorable bad experiences we have ever had with a business. Great work.

  I've had better customer service dealing with Wal-Mart. Lets just put it like that.

  Staff are arrogant and rude. They act as if you are stupid and undeserving of their assistance.
