  Super crowded during the holiday shopping, but as always the customer service was superb! They are located on the ground floor, almost exactly in the middle of the mall.

  Stopping in to pick up a couple of items from L'Occitane en Provence, 108 North State Street, Space 170, Chicago, IL 60602 is always easy and fun. The service staff in the shop are very friendly and always very knowledgeable about their products and how to put together a good gift pack!

  The customer service here is truly first class! The staff are very cheerful and quite helpful, always willing to offer a sample of the products. A wide range of products are available, for various skincare treatments and needs. Thankfully, there is available a sizable "Gentleman's" section, as well.
