  No complaints. I have to admit, I went in agitated about getting a loan and was probably a little more aggressive then I needed to be. The staff seemed very polite even though I was being quite rude to them. They informed me about the option of just selling some gold. Which I happen to have a broken gold watch I was never going to get fixed. They paid me almost $2500 and I left in a much better mood then when I came in.
