  I'm a huge fan of their clothes. The store is fantastic, phenomenal service. We were shopping for kids clothes and they were super helpful , even checking the back for items we didn't see in my son's size. Def worth the trip.

  I was at the Lake Grove location this evening looking for a rain coat. The sales associate, Chris was exceptional! He provided me with excellent customer service and answered all of my questions. Thank you Chris for a very positive shopping experience. I will be back for other winter wear .

  L.L. Bean has always been a favorite resource of mine; quality of goods customer service, speed of shipping can’t be beat. helpful and friendly employees. very attractive interior of the store. Not an ideal location. located by the rear of Macy’s.
