  I came to write a review because this is now the SECOND time that the pharmacist at Live smart (Dr. Quinee Patel) has saved my boyfriend and I HUNDREDS of dollars. First, I was charged over $300 for an eye drop at CVS bc apparently his insurance refused to cover it. He needed it, so we paid the charge, and then of course Murphy's law happened and he lost the bottle (-_-). I requested a refill at my local pharmacy (Live Smart). Can you imagine my surprise when she rang us up for just his $15 copay? AND called the CVS pharmacy to make someone rebill the previous order to confirm that they should never have charged us so much. Guess who got a nice chunk refunded to their credit card? hint: WE DID lol This week he went to fill another eye drop at Duane Reade and the pharmacist there said it would be $150 (again with some story about his insurance refusing to cover it). I called Live Smart out of curiosity. Not only did she confirm that the price should only be $40, she got a coupon from the eye doctor next door that dropped his copay cost to $25.00, and offered to deliver the medication too. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I won't be fooled by a major chain pharmacy employees again and I hope you won't be either. Buy local and support a company whose employees are actually giving great customer service back to the community.

  Wonderful! Thanks so much Dr. Quinee for helping me figure out the medications for my father. I never would have identified that he was taking two medications that counter acted each other as the doctor never updated all of his prescriptions. You really went the extra mile by calling the doctors office for us and getting it all figured out. Walgreens filled all the prescriptions and said nothing about it leaving us really confused and never answered our questions which is why I left and searched for somewhere new. They looked at me like I had 10 heads when I asked them to call the doctors office and said that they don’t have time for that. I’m so glad I found Live Smart pharmacy!

  When your health is involved, you want someone who is compassionate and dedicated on your side. Dr. Quinee Patel is simply wonderful. Her service is out of this world, and she has reassured me and explained potential side effects to me in a calm, clear way. I am so glad I'm no longer giving my money to some gigantic chain. I'll keep coming back for sure!

  Dr. Quinee Patel is a wonderful person and pharmacist. Short wait times, prompt service, and pleasant all around. I was out of a medication and my original pharmacy would not give me my supply after waiting for weeks.I walked into live smart and within a matter of minutes she got a hold of my doctor, asked for an emergency supply, and had it delivered the next day. Could not ask for a better pharmacy experience!

  The staff of Live Smart pharmacy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They are also caring and willing to go the extra mile to help you with your prescriptions. I was very satisfied with my visit and I highly recommend them. Glad to have them in my community.
