  I have been practicing for the past month, getting back into the groove. It is a small studio. Very clean, well organized, easily accessible with on site parking. The instructors know their stuff and always make certain they address any concerns you have before starting classes - migraines, knee injury, etc. They will walk around and adjust your form, too, which I appreciate. Overall, it has been a very pleasant experience.

  Great place with different classes for different levels. Very comfortable atmosphere. The instructors are really nice. Clean and they have plenty of props and mats if you don't have your own.
