::UPDATE 5/6/2016 THOMAS manager of LIVE contacted me this past week and was genuinely sorry for the situation I was put in. Through several emails and phone calls he explained himself and did everything in his power to make it right again. I'm not short my return shipping anymore. Major props and shout out to Thomas for helping me through this unfortunate dilemma. If you need excellent customer service, look for him!!! Original review I bought Y-3 Pure Boost ZG Knit from them. Since there was one left in my size on their web page I left a note saying please check the shoes if it is a display model or tried on then please do not send me the shoes and cancel my order instead. Can you guess what they did next? They messaged saying all is well and shoes are shipped. I get the shoes in hand and the bottom is very obviously clearly dirty from being worn or tried on at least. Hang tag and one paper shoe tree are missing. I try to tell them this and they basically won't admit fault by making me pay return shipping for what I believe to be THEIR MISTAKE. So all in all I'm out $19 for having to pay return shipping. All I can do is warn other people and hopefully at least one person will listen.

::I have passed this store every time that I have made the trip to New Orleans the past few months.. It was always not open yet or had already closed.. Finally I got it together and made it when they were open. I went to just look around and found so much more than I realized. I was not in the market to buy that day , but I couldn't resist and walked out of that store with some of the best purchases I have made in a long time. I will be going back for sure... I love comfort, style and great pricing. I found it all there. And the customer service was top notch.
