  This is the first negative review I've ever written, but I do it to warn others to be aware. I read the wonderful positive reviews and was happy to have found such a "gem". After my first time using Liu Laundry, I came home to find three pairs of jeans (one new pair) had what appeared to be pulls and puckers in the fabric...How does something like that happen?! I was warned to say nothing, because that's what would be done for me. I decided I wasn't going back. After a very large spill, I decided to go back one last time -- it was an emergency! (I thought to myself) When I went back, the friendly gentleman was there. I showed him and explained what had happened to one pair of jeans. He said it could be fixed by changing the detergent (?!) Nothing to lose I guess (lol). The next morning I was met with a woman ready to do battle. I had to tell her to stop yelling; it was only 8 a.m.! This time I'd brought the other two pairs of jeans. I showed her. She yelled that wasn't done there, she didn't know how that happened. She remembered me from the previous (first) time there. So you know how disappointed I would be to have this happen after just one time here, I told her. She kept yelling. She said she'd been there 20 years. I think it only takes one second to be careless. This lady was anything but gracious. I told her I'd be writing a review. BEWARE. I had to give them one star; otherwise, this wouldn't post.

  She is a nice lady, Helped me the first time i did my laundry. And next time she was so friendly.

  Fast and cheap. Laundry always folded way better than I ever could and smells of jasmine and lilac.
