  I went recently to obtain a new wrist band for my watch and only to find out that it took over 3 weeks to get it done. Also, it cost almost 50$ just for that alone. I'm sure they're great with jewelry sales and have a good staff, but when it comes to watch repair or wrist replacements go elsewhere where it's cheaper and doesn't take 2 weeks or more

  Amazing, helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful jewelry at great prices. The staff helped my fiancé design my engagement ring and when he and I went back to the store about a month or so later they knew exactly who he was and remembered the ring. It was so nice and personal and made my engagement that much more special.
