  Not only are they rude they're less than accommodating. I wish I never bought my wedding bands from here .They sell you a warranty but make sure you keep the little booklet with you at all times bc if you lose they have no record of your visit. . Get with the times Littman! Get digital! And while you're at it, train your employees to be nice .I'm never coming back!

  I needed my engagement ring sized (enlarged). I was not willing to leave it out of my sight. It may not be the biggest diamond jewelers deal with but it is MINE!! I shopped around TX and NY and wasn't having any luck until I went to this location. Not only were they willing to accommodate my wishes, the service was AMAZING!! I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Gloriaann. I cannot express how wonderful she was. Professional, knowledgeable, caring, funny and absolutely pleasant! She was even better than I can express on this. Carlo was able to squeeze this in. By no means, did this sacrifice his craftsmanship! My ring (which has many smaller diamonds surrounding the center one) was handled perfectly to ensure that all diamonds remain secure. Carlo even tightened my loose stone. Lisa was also very helpful and sweet. Lisa followed this thru along with Gloriann (did I mention how wonderful she was?!!!!). If you appreciate great service like I do, take your business to Littman Jewelers in the Smith Haven Mall. Thank you Gloriaann, Carlo & Lisa. I am now able to wear my ring everyday and I couldn't be happier!

  Angela Viteritti Aromolo the manager was Very rude! When the former manager Barbara was in charge the place was run so pleasantly and nicely! They need to make some great changes there if they desire customers to come back and for growth! Do yourself a favor and surely go someone else and save money with no hassle or attitudes as well! Their diamonds are horrible unless you pay mega thousands!! BJ's. Sams Club, Price Club, Zales, Kay Jewelers and many other places will give you a better quality stone or piece of jewelery for thousands less! The Regional Manager Jim Schofield is no better then Aromolo! I brought a diamond ring to two of these other places mentioned above and the clarity was night and day and the price $1100 cheaper! I believe Littman's aka Fred Meyer Jewelers also switched the stone from the one I was promised! A 49 year veteran private Jeweler couldn't believe the poor quality diamond and claimed it was a rip off! He also suggested to go to BJ's, Sams Club, and Price Club for a much better diamond $1,000 cheaper and he was about right! What a pathetic company and when you explain to him what is happening there he does nothing! Horror show putting it lightly!!!
