  Came in to get my dog groomed and I was just checking out the store before leaving Cora in their care. Then things got a little weird, this older woman who works there just came up to me, she was cooing at Cora and then said you know we can give you a discount if you write a review for our store. She even explained it doesn't have to be anything long. I started to look at the puppies in the store and I am not vet but they a lot had tear stains and seemed very tired. The store itself seemed clean but the puppies were not very energetic the way you expect puppies to be. Not expecting this situation, I felt Kind of trapped and just said I had to repark my car and I would be back in. I was telling this to someone who worked at a coffee shop in the area and she told that the place is always getting protested because of where they get there puppies and that there was actually some that died due to illnesses. So glad I didn't leave little Cora there!!!!!

  I walked in to Little Wonders last Sept. while visiting from Florida. I walked out with a “Teddy Bear”puppy. My vet was very impressed with the details from the breeder and the pet store. I don’t understand why people think Little Wonders gets puppies from puppy mills. The paperwork is all legal and the guarantee is amazing. I also don’t know why the owner of Little Wonders doesn’t sue the people who lie and try to ruin his business. There is a need for local pet stores. Thanks to them I have my sweet Molly.

  A wonderful choice of sweet puppies. This store has the highest standards of any pet store. Each puppy is guaranteed and cared for to the highest standards. After a friend purchased her puppy there, her veterinarian was very impressed with the high quality of attention given to the health of her new pet.

  I feel like I need to leave a review since there are so many negative ones on here. I got my amazing mini Daschund here almost 2 years ago. I wasn't planning on it, but I was in the neighborhood with my mom and sister and couldn't resist going to see puppies. I fell in love with her the second we took her out to play with her. The owner was very knowledgeable and kind. He wasn't pushy at all even though I started the conversation by saying I wasn't looking to buy at that moment. I just couldn't leave her behind. She has been perfectly healthy since day 1. I did use Dr. Starr for her first two appointments, but this is a long distance for me as I live in Nassau closer to Queens. He's a great vet, just not convenient for me. I have never purchased a pet before as we have always adopted, but I have zero regrets. My dog, Phoebe, is the light of my life and I couldn't love her more if I tried. I still think about going back often to get her a sister. This is not a dirty store and the workers are not nasty. They just don't want people wasting their time when they have living creatures there who need to go to good homes!
