  This is the worst place to choose when placing your family member for physical therapy. Two weeks into my mother's therapy I witnessed a nurse's aide washing a bed pan in a sink for washing hands, after it had been emptied of feces and urine in a toilet! When I wrote a letter of complaint and mentioned names - NOTHING WAS DONE and no one got into trouble! The supervisors and administrators all protected each other and failed to even apologize! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

  I was lucky to be sent here.the staff on the first and third floor are outstanding! And PT staff is the best I have ever met. Olden was very hard on me . But he got me out of bed And walking again. I thank the whole staff ! I would send anyone I love there. Frank Alessandro Sept-Nov 2015

  My aunt was at Little Neck Care Center recently, and I can honestly tell you the experience and the care there was truly amazing. My whole family was nervous in the beginning, but the staff was very welcoming and friendly that it made my aunt feel comfortable during her stay. The nursing staff on the first floor were very pleasant, especially the concierge that is on the unit. She was very supportive and encouraging to my aunt. I would recommend to bring their loved one in Little Neck Care Center.

  Horrible nurses, my mom is still there and the first thing I will do is take her out from there and shift her to some other rehab center. Nurses abuse patients and tell them to shut up specially nurse Suneeta from First Floor . I am going to complain to the management . Will never recommend Little Neck Care Center to anybody

  Mom's there now, sent her here cause it's close to home. clearly, the worst decision I've ever made. She was able to rebrake her ankle and I get calls constantly that she falls. The facility didn't call me to tell me she rebroke her ankle, however when my girlfriend went to bring her mail they spoke about all her medical issues. mind you, she is not direct family and legally they shouldn't have told her anything. when I spoke to a "supervisor" she asked me if I knew my mother and went to blame it all on her, then told me I was a nobody and hung up on me. I spoke to the administrator who was very nice, but he's only one person. I made a terrible decision trusting this facility with my mothers care, today they are discharging her, she's in the same shape she was after surgery over a month ago. What a waste.
