::Great work, fair price, and all around good customer service. Made a return customer out of me after one visit. Most definitely would recommend the Little Guys Shop

::I am very, very impressed with the service and professionalism The Little Guys Shop. I have lost all confidence in the H-D dealership to do anything, including changing the oil. I had my dealer pickup my 2014 Heritage (still under 1st year warranty) to fix a problem with vibration and wobble in the front end. I explained the problem to the service manager, the assistant service manager and two service reps, at speeds over 50MPH there is so much vibration that the bike will shake you to the point of your teeth rattling. I mentioned that if I hit any kind of bump I would hear a ‘bang’ in the front end. They kept the bike a week, I called them every day, they would tell me we have done several test rides and are not experiencing the problem. In the end they replaced the riser bushings. The odd thing about that is that I had them rebuild my entire front end with new Beach bars, braided cables chromed out from the top down in November and they apparently reused the stock bushings not the upgraded poly bushings. In any event that did not fix the problem. I told a friend about my problem and not wanting to go to a H-D dealer shop. We rode over to see Jim and Barbara, Jim listened to my issue, ask me a couple questions the first one being do you hear a ‘banging’ noise in the front end? I knew I had found “The Guy” right then. Jim found two problems with the front end, a set screw on the triple-tree neck bolt was not tight and also maybe the fact he had to add a ¼ tube grease to the front end could have been a factor. Again this dealer had built the front end from top to bottom. When I got the bike back not only had the problem been fixed with the front end, Jim glued the left grip that was loose, adjusted the clutch and replaced the worn rear brake pads ($21.95), not issues I brought up, he just noticed and fixed during service. Jim and Barbara Dobbs, get to know them. They will listen to you and more importantly what you might forget to say Jim will find and let you know about or take care of.
