  Understaffed and I ALWAYS have to wait more than 15 minutes for a simple cheese pizza! When I asked why, the young lady informed me that they don’t sell enough food so they make the pizza as it’s ordered! However the young lady that I encountered today was working by herself and extremely busy but managed to remain professional and pleasant, continuously apologizing for the delay... people like that is what will keep me coming back !

  We waited 15 minutes for someone to come out the back and take our order. The wait for the pizza to be ready was way to long for it to be called "Hot and Ready". It was extremely hot in there and there was no air conditioning. The only thing I like about this place is that it is in a walking distance. There was only one worker taking orders and making the pizza. Only go to this place if you have time to waste.

  Horrible waisted 1 hr for a pizza and worker in the back had a very disrespectful attitude never again will I come here
