::Manager was rude and also said she was the district manager but wouldn't give her name. Food was terrible, customer service even worse when they refused to remake the food I paid for I should have cancelled my credit card payment. THE WORST LITTLE CEASERS EVER!!!!!
Michele Shorter
::I get there and there's 4 people waiting. I place my order and sit down. I noticed that the people had been sitting for a while. Two ladies get there order, then a gentleman gets his order and leave, so that leaves me and another gentleman who had been there since before I got there. They forgot about him and assumed he was with me. Thanks n the meantime the gentleman that had left, came back, they messed his order. They messed up my order and the guy the thought was with me. That was not a good night

::The service is fast however the employees taking orders don't always have the best customer service skills. Some people are really just there to do their jobs but some are happy to be there.

::I don't know what happened to this place. Management is obviously absent or just doesn't care. I tried an experiment yesterday. The front counter had no customers and there was one vehicle in the drive thru. I called in from the parking lot to see if they had any hot n ready pepperoni's. The phone rang for 2min and 30sec before anyone picked up. Then I planned my order because they wouldn't answer my original question. When I went inside there were 7 employees working. When the gal at the register had me pay, she went into the back and waited for my pizza to roll out of the oven. In the meantime, smoother customer behind me waited without even being talked to. He only wanted a hot n ready that he could've bought and left with by the time mine rolled out but no, she paced around in the back and he had to wait. How much money are they wasting on 7 employees that can only help one customer at a time?
