  Ordered my pizza at 7:02pm. people came in empty handed and out with a box of pizza while I was left to the side. I figured because I ordered the deep dish pizza it was taking long. I approached the gentleman in the counter and he asked him what's going on he replied with "in my head I thought I gave you your order" took half n hour to receive my pizza.

  Slowest service possible. For a place that should have the pizza "hot and ready" I waited 25 minutes. Wasted time I'll never ever get back.
