  I wanted to believe that the one stars were just a bad day or a one off, but they’re not. I came in expecting to wait, so shopped for 20 minutes and came back and found that they just started to make it.

  Terrible Service. Me and A Friend Went There To Grab A Quick Bit To Eat While Doing Holiday Shopping and The Place Was Terrible. We Waited About 45 Minutes For One(1) Pepperoni Pizza Pie. The Cooks Where in The Back Gossiping. SERVICE WAS SLOW. Pizzas That Were Finished Cooking Just Sitting In Oven. People Were Waiting For 30mins or More For Their Orders. Not Only Was The Service Terrible, They Seating Area Was Very Disgusting. Garbage, Dirty Napkins, Tables Filthy and Garbage Cans Over Filled With Trash, Pizza Boxes and Food Plied On Top. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY

  After 23 minutes in line, I was told "We don't do the hot-and-ready here." That's interesting. I didn't know locations could choose to not follow the chain's practices?
