  Unfortunately very congested location. Very short staffed, which made things diffucult because the store is very busy. Some customers waited 1hr in the store after placing order. Sympatized with staff who for the most were doing all they could professionally. If there was lead person there they needed to have authority to compensate some of guests with coupons for future orders.

  Absolutely ridiculous! We waited for our pizza for an hour to be ready. Order was supposed to be ready at 7:40pm didn't receive it till 8:40pm. Once we got home and started eating the pizza we found a hair in the crust of the pizza. That is the worst experience ive ever experienced and the uncleanness little caesars I've ever been to. I will never order from here again!

  Ok, so we all know Little Caesars isn't the greatest pizza ever made, but it's fine and at least they are consistent and you know what you are getting. I have never had a problem with this franchise and the employees are always nice and helpful. They never mess up my order. If you want extra cheese they actually put extra cheese, stuff like that. And it's way better than our local Domino's and Papa Johns which are both kind of yucky.

  On Friday January 6, 2023 at around 6:30 pm I placed my order for pizza and 2 orders of bread sticks. The first time my card didn’t go through. I swiped it a second time and the cashier said.. oh we have to move to the other register because his froze. So I paid with a different card. It went through and I got my order. When I got home I checked my first card’s account and sure enough the charge went through. I called the number on the website. By the way it’s not directly to that location. It’s a service that processes inquiries. Anyway the representative proceeded to tell me I had to be transferred to another department to get my money refunded. I asked if I could just go back to little Cesar’s and get another pizza. She then transferred me directly to the store. So I explained to the cashier what happened. He told me to wait a day or so and that the money would be returned to my card. Monday rolls around and nope. The charge went through. So today is Tuesday and I go in and try to explain it to the cashier. The cashier didn’t seem like he knew what to do. So I asked him if maybe I should talk to a manager. Well, an amazing thing happened. A young lady, African American offered to pay for my pizza’s to avoid a long wait. I was so touched by her gesture. I started to cry. No one has ever offered to pay for anything. She said she was just going to buy her lottery numbers and would rather pay for my pizza’s. By the way they where for my grandchildren who I take care of 14 hours a day Monday through Friday. I had the most horrible day but this young lady made my day. Her kind gestures and then proceeded to tell me that I was appreciated warmed my heart. The manager came out asked what happened and then gave me my money back in cash and gave me 2 free pizzas so I gave the money to the young lady so she could go play her lottery numbers. I pray she wins big. She deserves it. Thank you Little Cesar’s for taking care of the problem. All the cashiers where also very touched by this young lady’s kindness. .

  I ordered online last Thursday 4 lunch. There was about 10 ppl waiting 4 their orders. At least 5 were in the window instead of the portal area. The girl in front of me was told an employee is in the bathroom and someone called off. I asked if she had utensils and she told me 2 go 2 Pizza Hut or Dominos. I've gotten them there before. So next time I will go 2 ur competitors bc they know I pay their paycheck. Not worth the attitude and from the comments below seems like the same person still works there
