::This store sucks. Lacking in service. Always have to wait , even if you order online. The manager needs to step it ip. Or just get another job, he / she has poor management skills.

::I placed the order at 5:30pm, it said it would be ready between 6:10-6:17. We got there at 6:15, went in and the order still wasn't ready. The guy behind the counter told us we were waiting on the Italian bread, which was okay cause that should only take like 10 minutes realistically. Until they started fighting in the back about who was gonna make it because no one wanted to. We ended up waiting 35 more minutes and didn't leave the site until about 6:50pm. Ridiculous

::I been going for 2 years. And today Janet gave the best service and was kind. I placed an order online and came in earlier she didn’t hesitate to give me my food right away and ensure the quality was good. Truly appreciate it. Sometimes Lil Cesars gets a bad rep but people like Janet make the experience better.

::I gave one star because I had to to be able to give a review. They are very polite but a huge problem with the time it takes to get your order a hour is too long

::We walked in to order, and there were already about 5 people waiting in the small lobby area. We stood there a good 5 minutes without any greeting or sight of any staff. Then a young teen makes an appearance and hands one of the customers their order and disappears quickly. Another 5 or 10 minutes pass and still no one has talked to us, told us one moment, nothing. The young teen comes out again and one of the customers that was waiting said they had ordered online and been waiting an hour and started asking the young teen where her pizzas were. We still hadn't been able to place an order, nor did anyone who worked there ever come to talk to us, tell us we will be with you in a moment... nothing. After seeing the people waiting and hearing their complaints about wait times from online orders we decided not to waste anymore time or our money.
